Shia aur Sunni ki Namaz me kya fark hai? What's the difference in Shia n sunni namaz?

Namaz me haath Khole ya Bandhe?

 

Shia aur Sunni ki namaz me Azaan se lekar Namaz padhne ke tarike sab me bahot hi wazeh fark hai jo ki har kisi ko ek nazar dekhne se hi samajh aa jata hai. 
Lekin fir bhi in sab fark ke ba'wajood sabse bada masla aur fark ye hai ki,

Namaz me haatho ko kholna ya bandhna?

  Ye ek aisa masla hai jo hamesha hi logo ke zehen me aata hai.

Shia qaum ke nazdeek ye amal jayez nahi hai.

jaisa ki kitaab 'Khilaaf' aur kitaab ' Ghaniyatunnzu' ke page 81 aur kitaab 'Addurusul Sharaiyya' ke page 185 par zikr hua hai.

Janab Sayyed Murtuza ne apni kitaab 'Al Intesar' ke page 41 me iske jayez na hne par Ijma ke paye jane ka dawa kiya hai. 

Isi tarah Ahlebait as se bhi is bare me bahut si riwayate naql hui hain. 

Aur Ahl e Sunnat me bhi Janab Malik aur kuchh Fuqha e Salaf  ise makrooh samajhte hain.

Isi tarah Tabiyeen balki kuchh Sahab e karam se naqal hua hai ki wo namaz me hath kholne ka aqida rakhte the.

Ahl e Sunnat ke darmiyan is masle me ikhtilaaf ki wajah Rasool e Khuda sw ke bare me bayan hui wo 'Sahih' riwayate hain jin me ye zikr hua hai ki rasool e Khuda sw nmaz ki halat me hath nahi bandhte the.

Janab e Ibrahim Nakhayi jinhone Ahl e Sunnat ke 4 Imam me se kuchh  se pehle wafaat paayi wo bhi hath khol kar namaz padhne ke qayel the. Ye pehli sadi ke buzurg 'Tabiyeen' me se hain.

Isi tarah Janab e Hasan Basri Jinhe Ahl e Sunnat ilm wa amal me apne zamane ka sardar mante hain wo bhi namaz haath khol kar padha karte the.

Hasan Basri hazrat Umar ki Khilafat pure hone se do saal pehle paida hue aur Hazrat Usman ki Iqtida me Namaz e Juma me shareek hua karte the.


Ahl e Sunnat ke teen  Nazariyaat:-

Ahl e Sunnat me namaz me hath bandhne ke bare me 3 mukhtalif nazariyaat paye jate hain,

1. Namaz me hath bandhna makrooh hai

2. Namaz me hath bandhna makrooh nahi hai aur iska tark(chhodna) bhi mustahab nahi hai

3.Namaz me hath bandhna mustahab hai

Ahl e Bait as ne bhi namaz me hath bndhne ke amal se mana farmaya hai aur fir namaz me hath par hath rakhna ek amal hai jiska namaz me anjaam dena jayez nahi hai. 

Namaz me hath bandhne ke bare me Ahl e Sunnat ke Muftiyo me ikhtilaf paya jata hai ki kya haatho ko naaf ke upar rakha jaye ya uske niche? Daaye Baaye rakaha jaye ya bich me hi?

Ab sawal ye uthta hai ki ek aisa amal jiski kaifiyat tak maloom nahi wo kis tarah 'Sunnat e Mu'aqqada' ho sakta hai?  Aur fir kaise mumkin hai ki wo Sahaba jo Mustahabi namazo, namaz e mayyat aur naamz e eid ke alawa rozana ki 5 waqt ki namazo ko Paighambar e Akram sw ki Iqtida me ada karne ke paband the un se bhala namaz me hath bandhne ki kaifiyat chhupi rahi ho? Kya ye mumkin ho sakta hai?

Ye sari baate is baat ki alamat hain ki Piaghambar sw ke zamane me aise amal ka koi wajood nahi tha.

Is Silsile me Ahl e bait As ki Riwayate:-

Ahl e bait as se is silsile me bahot si riwayate bayan ki gayi hain aur is saf saf majusi(parsi) logo ka amal qarar diya gaya hai.

1. Raawi kehta hai ki mine dono Imam Mohammad baqar as aur Imam Jafar e Sadiw as me se kisi ek se sawal kiya ki ek shakhs namaz me hath bandhta hai aur kaha gaya ki daaya haath baaye hath par rakhta hai; is bare me kya hukm hai?

Imam As ne farmaya Ye amal takfeer hai is anjam na do.

2.Imam Mohammad baqar As farmate hain ki namaz ki halat me Qibla ki taraf muh karo... aur takfeer mat anjam do kyuki ye majusiyo(parsi) ka amal hai.

3. Ali ibn e Jafar kehte hain ki mere bhai Imam Musa Kazim as ne bataya ki Imam Zain ul Aabideen as ne farmaya,

Namaz me ek hath dusre hath par rakhna ek tarah ka amal hai aur namaz me kisi kism ka koi amal jayez nahi hai.

4. Jnab Ali ibn e Jafar apne bhai Imam Musa Kazim as ke bare me naql karte hain ki maine un se aise shakhs ke bare sawal kiya jo namaz ki halat me ho kya wo hath ko kalayi ya bazu par rakh sakta hai?

To unhone farmaya ye amal sahi nahi hai agar galti se anjam bhi de diya hai to dubara na dohraye.

5. Imam Ali as "Hadees e Arbaamiya" me farmate hain,

Musalman ke liye jayez nahi ki jab namaz ke liye Khuda ki baargah me khada ho to apne haatho ko bandh kar khada rahe kyuki wo apne wo apne is hath bandhne wale amal se "Majusiyo (Parsi)" jaisa ban Ahl e Kufr ban jayega.

6. Imam Jafar e sadiq as ke bare me naql hua hai ki jab wo namaz ke liye khade hote the to Qibla ki taraf rukh karke apne hatho ko raano par rakhte the aur ungliyo ko mila lete the.


7. Imam Muhahammad Baqar as farmate hain ki,

Jab namaz ke liye khade ho to pairo ko mat milao, shaano ko jhuka lo, hatho ko khula rakho, ungliyo ko ek dusre me mat dalo aur apne hatho ko apni raano par rakho aur takfeer mat anjaam do kyuki ye Majusiyo(parsi) ka amal hai.

8. Imam Jafar e Sadiq as ne irshad farmaya ki jab namaz ka irada karo to khushuu aur khuzuu ke sath ho aur takfeer mat anjam do yani hatho hatho ko mat bandho.

 Shia Fuqha ka nazariya:-

1. Janab Shaikh Mufeed :- 

Namaz me hath khule rakhne ke bare me shia logo me ittefaq e nazar paya jata aur ahl e kitab ki takfeer yani ek hath ko dusre hath par rakhne ko jayez nahi samjha jata aur ye ki jo bhi ye amal anjaam de usne bid'at ko anjam diya aur Sunnat e Rasool sw aur Aimma e Masoomeen ki mukhalifat ki.

2. Janab Sayyed Murtuza:-

Wo umoor jinke bare me ye gumaan kiya jata hai ki ye shiyo ke sath makhsoos hain un me se ek namaz me hatho ko bandhne se mana karna hai.

3. Janab Shaikh Toosi:- 

namaz me daaye hath ka baay par ya baaye hath ka daaye par rakhna jayez nahi hai aur Imam Malik se do riwayate nakal hui hai jin me se ek Imam Shafi ke qaul ke mutabiq hai jin me namaz me hatho ko bndhna jayez qarar diya gaya hai aur ibn e Qasim wali riwayat me hath kholne ko munasibatar bayan kiya gaya hai.

Aur Imam Malik se ye nakal hua hai ki mustahab namazo me jab qayaam tulani ho jaye to hath bandhna jayez hai aur agar tulani na ho to jayez nahi hai. Jabki wajib namazo me hath bandhna jayez nahi hai.

4. Janab Shaikh Bahaai:-

Takfeer yani daaye hath ko baaye hath par rakhna jaise Ahl e Sunnat anjaam dete hain aur aksar fuqha ne iske haram hone ki wajah se ise mana kiya hai, 

Kya takfeer namaz ko baatil kar deti hai?

Aksar ulama ise namaz ko baatil karne wala amal samajhte hain balki Janab Shaikh toosi ne to is par ijama ka daawa kiya hai.

Namaz me haath bandhne ka aaghaz:- 


Kaha jata hai ki namaz me hath bandhna bhi hazrat Umar ki bid'ato me se ek bid'at hai jo unhone Ajmi(Irani-Parsi) qaidiyo se li. 

Muhaqqiq Najfi likhte hain ki,

Bayan kiya gaya hai ki Ajmi qaidiyo ko unke samne lana gaya to unhone Hazrat Umar ke samne apne hatho par hath rakha. Umar ne unse iski wajah puchhi to un qaidiyo ne bataya ki hum apne badhshaho ke samne isi tarah hatho ko bandh kar khade hote hain aur ye sunne aur dekhne ke bad Hazrat Umar ko unka ye amal itna pasand aya ki unhone namaz me Khuda ke samne aisa hi kiya jabki wo is baat se ghafil rahe ki shariyat me Majusiyo(Parsi) jaisa hona jayez nahi hai.


Ahl e Sunnat ke Fuqha ke Nazariye:-

1. Mudawwanat ul Kubra:-

 Ibn e Qasim ke ba'qaul Imam Malik namaz me hath bandhne ke bare me kehte hain ki,

Ye mere nazdeek wajib namazo me jayez nahi hai.

Imam Malik ise makrooh qarar dete hain lekin un mustahab namazo me jayez qarar dete hain jin me qayaam toolani ho.

2. Qurtubi:- 

Wo kehte hain ki namaz me hatho ko bandhne ke bare me ulama ke darmiyan ikhtilaaf paya jata hai. Imam ise wajib namazo me makrooh samajhte hain lekin musthab namazo me jayez qarar dete hain.

Bahot sare Ahl e Sunnat ke logo ka ye khyal hai ki ye namaz ke mustahabat me se hai.Unke ikhtilif ki wajah Rasool e Khuda sw ki namaz ke bare me wo sabit shuda aasaar hain jin me se kisi ek me bhi is bare me yani ki Rasool e Khuda sw ke namaz me hath bandhne ka zikr nahi hua hai. 

Dusri taraf logo ko is bare me hukm diya gaya hai ki Paighambar Hazrat Mohammad Mustafa Sw  ye anjaam diya karte the.

Is bina par kuchh logo ki raaye ye hai ki jin riwayato aur aasaar me namaz ki halat  me hatho ko bandhna sanit hai un me in riwayato ki nisbat ek izafi chiz ka takaza kiya gaya hai ki jin me hath bandhna sabit nahi hai fir wajib hai ki us izafe ko bhi anjaam diya jaye.

3. Kitaab "Bayan wa Tafseel":-

Is kitaab me likha hai ki maine namaz me hath bandhne ke silsile me apne ustaad se puchha,

Kya wajib aur mustahab namaz ke qayaam me hatho ko bandhna sahi hai?

Mohammad bin Rushd kehte hain ki,

Imam Malik ka ye qaul " mujhe isme koi ishkaal nazar nahi aata" beghair tafseel ke wajib wa mustahab namazo me hath bandhne ke jayez hone ko bayan kar rahe hain aur kitaab "Mudawwanat ul Kubra" me Ibn e Qasim waali riwyat me yu bayan hua hai ki namaz me is ko tark kar dena behtar hai. Kyuki is riwayat me ye kaha gaya hai ki main ise wajib namazo me jayez nahi samajhta aur Imam Malik ise makrooh samajhte hain.

Magar ye ki mustahab namaz me qayaam ke toolani ho jane ki surat me is amal ko jayez qarar dete hain.

Is bina par is masle me teen nazariye maujood hain:-

1. Wajib aur mustahab namaz me jayez hai yani na to iska anjam dena makrooh hai aur na hi tark karna mustahab hai.

2. Makrooh hai:-

Iska wajib aur mustahab namaz me tark karna mustahab hai magar ye ki mustahab namaz me qayaam toolani ho jaye aisi surat me hath bandhna jayez hai na ki makrooh aur na hi mustahab hai.

3. Wajib hai aur naafila namazo me ika anjaam dena mustahab hai aur tark karna makrooh hai. Aur ye qaul Imam Malik ka hai.


Ye ek behad hi lambi behes hai jisme jahan tak padhte jaye wahan tak alag alag riwayate aur hadeese milti rahengi lekin,


In riwayato ke bina par wo dalile jin par aitmaad karte hue namaz me hath bandhne ki nisbat Paighambar e Akram Mohammad Mustafa w ki taraf di ja sakti hai un ka koi wajood nahi reh jata hai.


Aur yahan tak ki janab e Bukhari aur Muslim ne bhi in riwayato ko jin me rasool e Khuda sw ke hath bandhne ka zirk hai un par tawajjoh na dete hue unka zikr apni kitaabo me karne se parhez kiya hai aur ye khud in sari riwayato ke ghair mo'atbar hone ki daleel ke liye kafi hai.

Iske alawa kuchh Sahab e Kiraam aur Aimma e mazhab jaise Abdullah ibne Zubair, Imam Malik, Ibne Sireen, hasan Basri aur nakahai namaz me hath bandhna sahi nahi samajhte aur namaz me hath kholne ke qayel the aur isi aqide par qayam the. 


isi tarah mazhab e Ahl e bait as yani Shia me bhi jaisa ki fatwo aur riwayato se wazeh hai ki namaz me hath bandhne ko naa jayez aur shariyat ke khilaf samjha gaya hai.

Fir ye kehna sahi hoga ki namaz me hath bandhna Sunnat ki nisbat Bid'at se nazdeektar hai lihaza is amal se parhez karna chahiye.
